Based on Last night here is what we would need to pay for right now to get things ordered
Uniform/team shirt/decals would be $115.00
If you are buying your own Pants that would be $85.00
Right now with 14 kids on the team our Team fee to YAFL would be $55.00 we need to pay this fee before our first game so by early to mid August. This could go down depending on how many kids we actually get on this team.
Hoodies, we have two options, Screen printed at a local vendor for $35 (Would include the kids name and number on the back) or the Jersey style hoodie which would cost $50.00. It will get colder later on so we can do not have to order these right away, but it is up to you
As for the other items in our budget they would go to the team party, Items and supplies for the team, socks, ect. We can see how many sponsors we get to cover these items. If anyone would like to know the total buyout based on this budget and amount of kids on our team right now it would be $380 for everything (including the items mentioned above like Uniform, hoodies, team fee, decals, shirt). I did ot include the cost for end of the season tournaments since we can decide o that near the end of the season if we would like to participate in these.
I would suggest we pay for what we need first, and then see what we come up with when we get sponsors and through fundraisers, then we can reevaluate how much everyone would still have to owe or not if we get enough funds through the sponsors and fundraisers.
